Taito Game Centers have become a staple in Japanese entertainment.  In fact one can be found in almost every district within the great city of Tokyo.  One can spend hours upon hours lost in front of their game of choice.  In fact, its recommended you set aside at least a few hours out of the day in order to fully enjoy the Taito experience.  And what better Taito to do this at than in the largest location, located in none other than Akihabara, Taito Hey!

Taito Hey! occupies three floors within the Hirose Entertainment Yard.  It is within the Taito Hey! gaming area where Akiba-ites will find perhaps the largest and most extensive collection of shooter arcade games in perhaps all of Tokyo.  Otaku and tired salary-men alike come to both relieve stress and to get their dose of adrenaline for the day.  Once they are satisfied with all of the shoot-em-ups, Taito Hey! also offers a wide array of alternative arcade genres, including the infamous claw game.  Claw games which grant prizes ranging from plush toys, to risque anime figurines, to iPad Airs.

In the heart of Akihabara, the infamous Taito logo has been a popular meeting spot for visitors of the “Electric Town”.  The logo stands high among the many tall buildings which comprise Akihabara (Title Pic).  Next time you are in the area, keep your eyes to the sky and make your way to this gamers haven for what will most certainly be a very good time.
